How to make a booking.

  1. Call or e-mail us to check date availability, if you are unable to download the PDF booking form please request one.
  2. Complete and return booking form with relevant deposit made payable to Berkshire Fountains. Payments can be made by cheque or electronic transfer
    • £100 deposit for Chocolate Fountain
    • £50 deposit for Drinks Fountain
    • £150 deposit for both Fountains
  3. Send remaining balance to reach us 10 days prior to event date

You will receive written confirmation from us via post or e-mail once we have received your deposit.

Our Requirements.

  1. We require your venue to provide a sturdy level table with table linen, positioned away from heaters and drafts. The fountain when fully loaded with chocolate can weigh in excess of 100lb.
  2. 2 standard domestic 13 amp electrical sockets as close as possible to the table.
  3. We need access to the venue 1 hour prior to hire start time to set-up.
    Set-up is done in our time and will not effect your arranged hire time.
  4. A large dish if you would like us to leave the remaining chocolate so you and your guests can keep dipping after we have left.
  5. Please also advise us if parking is available.

For peace of mind we are happy to advise you that we have full public liability insurance for £5million, all of our equipment is PAT tested and we have up to date food hygiene certificates.

We only fill our fountains with the best quality Belgian chocolate. It has a lovely aroma and is very similar to Cadburys chocolate, we always get lots of great feedback on how good it tastes. We never re-use chocolate or dipping foods and we NEVER add oil to thin the chocolate (a lot of companies do this to keep the prices low).

Please note: the chocolate fountain cannot be positioned directly outside as a slight breeze can lift the chocolate out of the fountain and flying insects are attracted to the sweet aroma of the chocolate.
